In 2018 into 2019, we are focused on hiring associates in the key areas of inside sales, technology and service delivery. These business functions have been identified as strategic growth areas within our organization as well as areas of high customer demand. We proactively seek talent through a variety of candidate sourcing methods to help ensure we are bringing in top-quality candidates. We also have a formal talent management process where we are able to identify and develop high-potential associates for new opportunities. Inside sales, technology and service delivery are strategic areas of the business where we are currently looking to fill positions, and they are also areas that will bring long-term value and fuel the future growth of our organization.
