  • Tuition Reimbursement: At Brennan, employees are encouraged to continually enhance their education and skill set and are offered up to $4500 per year toward tuition for the college or higher education of their choice.
  • Company Events: Brennan understands the importance of family and fun to employees. This is why a variety of events are hosted throughout the year for employees and families to attend. Events include golf outings, ski days, family movie nights at the local baseball stadium, semi-annual happy hours, and an annual employee celebration.
  • New Hire Lunches: On your first day, Brennan will treat you and your fellow co-workers to lunch at the restaurant of your choice. This provides new recruits with a comfortable environment to meet and mingle with their new colleagues.
  • Years of Service: For years of service, gift cards are offered to the "Brennan Store" where employees can buy various work attire and swag. The longer you stay, the more Brennan dollars employees can earn.
