  • Education Tuition Reimbursement Program: Tuition reimbursement for all staff pursuing either masters or BCBA programs from any accredited university.
  • Intercare Discount Perks Program: Exclusive discount program available to employees. Through a web portal employees can access up to 75% savings off brand names and products such as Disneyland tickets, resort tickets, gym memberships, bulk movie tickets, apparel, restaurants, etc.
  • Jiffy Lube Fleet Care Program: Employees receive a 15% discount off services from Jiffy Lube. Majority of our employees drive to their clients and this is a way to help with needed car maintenance.

  • Pass the Big ABA Exam: Professional Development Assistance: 15% discount to any employee who signs up on, an online test-prep course designed to help people pass a BCBA certification exam.
  • Sponsorship of Autism Walks: Intercare is involved in the autism community by sponsoring autism walks in our regions. At the walks, Intercare hosts a booth run by employee volunteers that do giveaways and games for all the families that attend the walk.
  • Company Wide Summer and Holiday Parties: Intercare hosts summer time and holiday time parties for all offices. During summer parties employees are allowed to invite immediate families for a company picnic with food trucks, games, and generous raffle prizes (Southwest gift card, Beats headphones, iPads, etc.). For holiday time parties, the company hosts a beautiful private sit down meal with table games, generous raffle prizes, and awards.
  • "Breakfast Clubs" for each Office: The company hosts breakfasts at all the offices called "Intercare Breakfast Club." There are coffee, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, etc. as well as team building games/exercises, raffle prizes, and awards. It's a time for employees to gather together and socialize with fellow teammates.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Excitement for our vision. Our mission is to empower families impacted by autism to achieve independence and the best quality of life. If a prospective employee can show passion and align themselves with this vision, they are the perfect fit. 

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are constantly hiring for our behavior interventionist position. It is our hope to help our entry-level employees achieve their professional development goals with us by providing tuition reimbursement, ongoing training, and supervision by the most qualified higher level therapists. 

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?

Have a genuine desire and passion to work with kids. Interested candidates should research the career and a therapists day to day. Speak to family and friends who have an exposure to autism and what it is like for them. Understand that autism is a spectrum disorder so no two cases will ever be the same.  There are unique challenges but it is one of the most rewarding careers.
