What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Those that are passionate about what they do, demonstrate business acumen, and show leadership abilities will stand out among the rest. We believe leadership can be exhibited in several ways – from leading teams, to leading clients, to leading an idea. From a technical perspective, it is important for employees to have deep knowledge and capabilities in their area of expertise. We also highly value prospective employees who demonstrate passion and thought leadership by being active in the technology community.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
In the coming year we are looking to bring on more business-focused management consultants. We are growing heavily in the areas of business strategy, project management, organizational change management, and business analysis. We are also looking to hire more junior-level technical consultants - those that have the right personality, passion, and cultural fit but have room to grow in their technical area of expertise. We have the technical leadership and processes to mentor and groom those with the potential to become consulting all-stars.
