We asked Latino Factor an IMM Company for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.
What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
During our recruitment process we search for people with possitive attitude, and willingness to grow personally and professionally, people who show either admiration or pride to the latino culture and that can match the company values . We are sure that people who live with passion in in their daily basis will provide an outstanding customer service and are perfect fit for our service spirit value.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Those candidates who have a story of perseverance and commitment are definitely employees who can get our attention. However, we also look for people who show respect and/or pride to the latino heritage and are willing to share this pride and respect through their work.
We think that small details make a big difference that's why we love to receive follow up thank you notes after our first interview is conducted or to know when candidates have done a previous research about the company. During the interview we pay attention to their manners, how collaborative and attentive they are.
During the observance day we invite them to see a little bit of who we are, and we evaluate how they interact with our colaborators, if they paid attention to the explanations and how excited they seem to be during this experience.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Sales Associates that want to improve the hispanic image, and that are willing to be part of a family who looks for the access of latino products to every table among the US.
We are incorporating Administrative Positions who will help us reach together the exponential growth we are looking for in 2019.
What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
They can review our social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Webpage). They can apply at our offices where everyone would welcome them and provide all the information needed. Also, they can get information from our associates who are part of our family when they are executing their daily activities.
