How to Get Hired

We asked Intelligent Mexican Marketing for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Love for the Latino Heritage! We like to hire for the attitude and traing for the skills. Candidates might not have sales experience but if they are commited to chnage the Latino Image in the US they will make a great contribution to the community. We try to assess how their cultural background would adapt within our organization’s culture.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Talking good things about former employers or team members, helping  our sales reps when  they go with them in a shadowing day before they get hired; showing respect during the interview and not use their cell phones; saying good morning when they arrive to the interview, are just some of the details that we consider. They are rarely considered in an interview but they count a lot in our process!

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

Outside Sales Representatives. We need early risers that like to communicate with people. We love candidates that like to be friendly and sociable with our clients.. No experience is required but drive is needed!

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
