  • Employee Training & Development: We place a high emphasis on employee development as we understand the value that our employees provide. We provide a combination of onsite and virtual learning and development opportunities. We have instructor led trainings that cover a variety of topics and employee levels. We also rolled out, an online training tool, for employees to utilize to continue to enhance and develop their skills.
  • Career Growth: As a high growth organization, we have a lot of new positions that the company needs. We love to provide our employees the opportunity to grow within their careers and in our company. We try to do this at all levels, from entry level to experienced professionals. This includes new roles within their existing area or even transferring into completely new roles. We believe in retaining top talent and providing them with constant growth to keep them engaged.
  • Sage Intacct Gives Back: Sage Intacct hosts community service events all throughout the year supporting various non-profits in our community, including but not limited to Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen, Habitat for Humanity of Silicon Valley, Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, Family Giving Tree, and Operation Gratitude. In addition to raising funds, we also volunteer our time. Employees are encouraged to attend these events during working hours and they do not need to use PTO to attend.
  • It's work AND life, not work OR life: One of our values is "It's Work and Life, Not Work or Life." We understand that our employees have lives outside of work and we value the balance or work and life. There will be times when work will ask more of you and we expects employees to give more and at the same time we understand that things happen in life where employees will need more time to themselves so we are flexible in providing them that balance. We take a 50/50 approach to the employee/company relationship.
  • Sage Intacct Cares: With the success of the company, we have been fortunate to be able to give back to the community through various volunteer and charity programs. Each year, we have increased our budget and activities to give back to the community. We have a highly engaged workforce that cares about giving back to the community that we operate in so we have been successful in the volunteer events that we are engaged in. Sage Intacct is also a part of the Sage Foundation who's mission is to transform lives by investing time, money, expertise and technology to create sustainable social, economic and entrepreneurial opportunity in our local communities around the world.
  • Recongition: We love to recognize employees, partners and customers! Throughout the year, we will run and engage in programs that will spotlight these folks. For employees, there are a wide variety of recognition programs internally and externally that we participate in such as nominating employees for external awards. The key characteristics that tell us if a prospective employee will be a great fit for us are: 1. natural curiosity - are they curious to understand why/how so that they can get all the information they need to resolve problems 2. customer centric - are they focused on our customers success and satisfaction 3. collaboration - will they be able to foster high levels of collaboration to achieve common goals while working independently

To get our attention, prospective employees should do their homework when seeking employment with our organization.  Apply for jobs that you are truly qualified.  If you are qualified, be prepared for a thorough interviewing process.  If there aren't any job openings that match your skills and experience, opt in to our talent community.

We are still experiencing phenomenal growth, so we will be hiring across all departments this coming year.
