  • Intacct Loves to Eat: Intacct provides $100 per month to all full time staff members working out of HQ to put toward meals with the Eat Club meal delivery service. There is a fully stocked kitchen on each floor of the office featuring 4 of the employee's favorite brands of fresh-ground coffee, breakfast foods, healthy snacks, fruits, and beverages. Intacct also caters all staff trainings and regularly feeds staff well during company fun events.
  • Intacct Wellness Challenge: Intacct runs a Wellness Challenge for 3 months each year. The challenge features two competitions. Employees can participate in one or both. Our Biggest Loser competition is for those who are looking to shed unwanted weight. Our Most Active Employee competition if for those who want to work toward or continue to work toward a more active and fit lifestyle. Participants are gifted with fitness trackers at no cost to assist them in reaching their goals and are rewarded for losing pounds or maintaining their active lifestyles with recognition and prizes.
  • Intacct Gives Back: Intacct hosts community service events all throughout the year supporting various non-profits in our community, including but not limited to Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen, Habitat for Humanity of Silicon Valley, Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, Family Giving Tree, and Operation Gratitude. In addition to raising funds, we also volunteer our time. Employees are encouraged to attend these events during working hours and they do not need to use PTO to attend.
  • Making Time for Fun: One of Intacct's mottos is: "It's Work and Life, Not Work or Life." Employees are encouraged to maintain a work/life balance. However, even so, Intacct recognizes that staff spends most of their week at the office. That means prioritizing making time for fun at work. Intacct hosts monthly parties and celebrations for almost any reason we can think of. We cater them all, go overboard with the decorations, and promote general silliness. Cheers!
  • Career Growth: As the company has continued to grow, we have been able to provide our employees the opportunity to move into new roles. We now have the opportunity to hire recent college graduates and provide them with a career path within the organization.     We are a customer centri organization.  The key characteristics that tell us if a prospective employee will be a great fit for our company are curiosity, integrity, creativity and enthusiasm.  We have a culture of trust, knowing that people come to work to contribute and make an impact.  We bring individual talents together as a team to accomplish much more than we could as individuals.
