  • Comprehensive Benefit Package: Competitive salaries, generous paid time off, 9 company paid holidays, 401k match up to 4%, 75% company paid Medical Benefits, company paid short term disability, long term disability and group term life.
  • Annual Bonus Program: Eligible employees receive an annual bonus based on a combination of company and individual performance measures.
  • Culture Committe: This committee was established to care for our employees and the communities within which we live through Wellness, Outreach and Celebration. The overarching "C3 Committee" is a venue for culture and employee input. They host various events through their sub-committees, but this committee is leveraged for input into employee well being. They manage the Great Place to Work program and provide the employees with the readout of the program. They also built the flexible workplace program and run some of the All Employee Meetings. They are currently designing our new Performance Management Program.
  • Continuing Education and Professional Development: Company assisted/paid programs which include formal degrees, industry certifications, leadership training and professional licenses.
  • Remote and Flexible Work Schedules: We have an amazing flex time policy which includes remote work, compressed work weeks and flexible start/stop times.

  • Various Open Communication Venues: Opportunities for each employee to engage in collaboration at all levels of the organization.
