What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Inspirien is looking to build the best talent - period. Our vision addresses a desire to develop a differentiated business model that combines people, process and structure. It breaks down the barriers of a traditional hierarchical business models and creates an empowered culture rooted in a living value system. We provide knowledge of the business and opportunities to develop in order for employees to reach their full potential. Therefore we are extremely aware that with great power comes great responsibility. So, we look for individuals who can not only achieve the role outlined in the job description but also exhibit our Core Values which include; Integrity, Trust, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Acknowledgement, Inspiration, Stewardship and Collaboration.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Even though our contact information is on the website, we often leverage recruiters due to the highly specialized field of insurance we provide to the healthcare community in Alabama. However, we do have a wide array of jobs varying in expertise. Inspirien (formerlyCoastal Insurance Company) just underwent a name change and a branding exercise to help our outside appearance match our remarkable service inside. This includes all of our social media and web presence. While we are “under construction”, I would encourage prospective employees to exhibit their inspiration and innovation in reaching us. After all, that is how we have selected our new name. .
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are looking to add staff in the following areas: Innovation Roles in Project Management; Business Economics Roles in Underwriting; Operations Roles in Compliance, Claims and Risk Management.
What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
We are exploring ways to be more effective with recruiting efforts. We leverage local recruiters. We also post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn and Career Builders. This is an area that we are continuing to explore our options.
