  • Flexible Time-Off: All full-time regular employees have unlimited vacation time.
  • Mission-Driven Culture: At Inspire, we have big aspirations to create a brighter future for our next generation. Our team is driven by the collective desire to create something new — to test, learn and solve the tough problems. Not only do our product offerings support our mission, but we’re taking strides outside of our core products by volunteering our time and knowledge to teach others about sustainability and clean energy.
  • Office Yoga: We bring in a yoga teacher to both of our offices once a month for group yoga sessions. 
  • Office Happy Hours: We celebrate new team members with happy hours every Thursday when a new hires starts (which is quite frequent these days!).
  • Summer/Winter Team Meetings: Both coasts get together twice a year in either Santa Monica or Philadelphia for a week of bonding, problem solving, strategizing and team building.
  • Departmental Offsites: Once a quarter, teams get together out of the office to collaborate, brainstorm and solve tough problems and spend time getting to know each other better.
  • Flexible Work Hours: We're not clock watchers at Inspire. Employees are encouraged to work flexible hours, as long as they're getting their work done.
  • Dogs in the Office: Dogs are our coworkers, too! We have a few dogs in our Santa Monica office (with the invitation open for our Philadelphia office).
  • Referral Bonus: Employees receive $1,000 for any new employee who they referred.
  • Office Movie Night: We hold bi-coastal movie nights once a month. Popcorn and drinks provided!
