  • Training Program: Training is paramount to the success of Insight Global employees. All employees begin their career in the entry-level recruiter position, with the majority of new employees working toward a promotion into account management. Promotions only come from within the organization. The company provides extensive hands-on training and assigns every entry-level recruiter a mentor who is responsible for training and developing their recruiter. Insight Global also fly's all new-hires into Atlanta for training at our Corporate Headquarters. 
  • Continuous Training: Insight Global takes pride in providing superior training to its employees. It is the company’s belief that training and development should never stop throughout an individual’s career. Since the company only promotes from within, an employee is guaranteed to report to someone who has been in their shoes and who can mentor them at all times. Insight Global has also built a Professional Development Center at its corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. This center is dedicated to supplemental training purposes. Once a year, Insight Global brings all recruiters-in-training, professional recruiters, account managers, senior account managers and sales managers to the PDC in Atlanta for a week of training. Overall, the company holds more than 50 training classes each year.

  • Earning Potential: When joining the Insight Global team, employees receive a base salary. Upon promotion to Account Management employees have the opportunity to earn commission, and also receive a car and cell phone allowance, and expense account for company spending. Insight Global’s pay structure allows employees to significantly increase their earnings each year and to be rewarded for their hard work. 
  • Merit-Based Promotions From Within: One of Insight Global’s core values is to only promote from within. All promotions are based on merit rather than tenure. On average, a recruiter will see their first promotion within 6-9 months from starting with the company. However, if an employee shows that they are qualified for the next position prior to six months, the company does not delay promoting them. Insight Global is committed to its employees’ professional growth and strives to ensure that each individual has the preparation and tools to be successful in the role they are working towards. Since employees learn the company from the ground up, Insight Global feels that they are better suited to take on leadership roles than persons that could be hired externally.

Typically, recruiters are promoted along the account management career path, where one can further his or her career by becoming a sales manager, national account manager, director of operations, regional manager, vice president and more. However, some recruiters may choose a different career path by moving into other roles such as professional recruiter, lead recruiter, account coordinator, resource manager or corporate recruiter. Along with openings in recruiting and account management, there are also business operations roles in the company’s headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia. Our promote from within culture means we will continue to hire new Recruiters with the hopes of them getting promoted to Account Manager or Professional Recruiter. This cycle has been working very well since our inception and we will continue to follow it.
