Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Our promote from within culture means we will continue to hire new Recruiters with the hopes of them getting promoted to Account Manager or Professional Recruiter. This cycle has been working very well since our inception and we will continue to follow it.
