Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Since we only promote from within, we plan to continue hiring entry-level Recruiters at all of our locations across North America with the intention of moving them up within the company into sales roles. This model has proven to work for us in the past and we will continue to follow our hiring and developing process.
