What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We look for individuals who demonstrate both the core comptencies necessary per their respecitve role AND those who demonstrate our Core Values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony. We look for hungry and energetic teammates who want to be the best at whatever their respective job is. We look for talent who cares about their community, fellow teammates, clients and of course our partners. We value teammwork and individuals who can collaborate and innovate together for the betterment of our clients and our company.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We admire those who are active in their communities and their respective professions. Those who are held in high regard and highly sought after. Because our teammates (employees) are what differentiates us from our competition it's critical that we hire the best talent available per role and we build strong teams who together accomplish much more than any one individual can. We actively recruit from various venues but the number one way we like to hire top talent is by referral.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are always looking for Top Sellers, and Technical Talent in the Microsoft, Cisco, Vmware, Data Center, Software Development, Business Intellignece and Infrastructure support fields. Our internal IT group hires the best of the best in SAP and Java. Our business operations teams and finance teams are always looking for the best and brightest in Business Operations Support.
