CARE BOLDLY.   If you've got bold moves in your DNA, we’ve got work for you. It takes a certain kind of person to work at Innovative Solutions. You’ve got to be brilliantly book smart. A bad mother-coder. Intuitively people smart. A mean motivator, in the best possible way. You’ve got to have bold moves in your DNA and live to change IT forever.
