Intuitively people smart. A mean motivator, in the best possible way. You’ve got to have bold moves in your DNA and live to change IT forever.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Get our attention? You've got to get LOUD. Not necessarily in decibels (though that's acceptable where we come from, too), but we mean loud in a BOLD way. Engage us in ways we've never seen before. Give us REAL examples of how you've made an impact on the world.

Our family is definitely growing more than ever, and each hire we make is crucial to helping us achieve our mission of uniting leaders with massive potential to change IT forever. We look for people with a certain kind of fire within them, the kind that is contagious and pushes us all to be better. We've always had the philosophy that technical skills can be learned, but passion and drive within someone is inherent....and that's what we look for.
