Perks and Programs

We asked InfoTrust, LLC to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Lean In Circle: A formal program for leadership training and education
  • New Child Benefits: Team members can take 3 month fully paid leave and 3 month fully paid on reduced schedule. This programs applies to both births and adoptions for both parents.
  • 100% Paid Healthcare Premiums: The company pays 100% of healthcare premiums for the entire family.
  • Paid Lunch: We strongly believe that "breaking bread" on a daily basis is important for building relationships. It allows people to relax, feel taken care of and not worry about leaving the office, especially in inclement weather.
  • Community Service: We hold quarterly community service events. Additionally, there are a number of organizations that we support on a regular basis with both volunteered time and significant financial resources.
  • Basket Brigade: Every year for the last 4 years, we have assembled Thanksgiving food baskets and delivered them to families in need. Last year, we delivered a total of 160 baskets in 3 communities: Cincinnati, San Diego and Seattle. We have a very strong partnership with Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the social workers for a number of departments that help kids with chronic conditions make a list of families in need, then help us distribute the baskets so we can be compliant with patient privacy laws. Our goal for 2018 is to expand this program and deliver food baskets to communities in both India and the Philippines.

How to Get Hired

We asked InfoTrust, LLC for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

While professional expertise and education are important to us, we have formally defined core values and we ensure that our candidates demonstrate a strong match with our core values. For example, we want people that are confident - because our clients hire us for our expertise - but we also want to see that the person can be confident and empathetic at the same time. Also, because of our fast-changing industry, we target employees that love to learn and enjoy sharing that knowledge with their teammates. We believe that a candidate's demonstrated track record in contributing to nonprofits, causes or professional organizations is a strong indicator of their willingness and passion towards giving back and helping other team members.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

For all customer-facing positions, we ask candidates to record a video. We are looking for candidates that take ownership and pride in what they create. We host a number of professional organizations in our office - Web Analytics Wednesday,  CincyPy, 'Girl Develop It' groups, etc. - and we'd encourage any candidates seriously interested in a career with InfoTrust to come to a user group meeting and informally meet some of our team members, check out the office and ask questions. Another fairly unique thing that we do is all technical roles are asked to prepare a presentation in their final stage of interviewing. The presentation topic is purposefully chosen to be a topic they are not familiar with. This allows us to better understand how they go about learning, incorporate InfoTrust product knowledge and how they articulate those learnings with others.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

In the upcoming year, we will be focused on growing two types of positions: Consultants and sales. Consultants are the customer-facing side of our services business. They are the heart and soul of InfoTrust. The sales team will focus on generating new clients within the industries of E-commerce/Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and News and Media. As the product side of the business grows, we will be growing the product development team by adding more product support professionals from the IT sector.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?

The best place to start is our website: infotrustllc.com. All open positions can be viewed at infotrust.recruitee.com. We also welcome all interested parties to visit our office at the next Web Analytics Wednesday or Meet-up that we host at our office. Our Recruiter, Lisa Wilms, would be happy to meet anyone that is passionate about digital analytics.
