  • 100% Paid Benefits: When it comes to health insurance it doesn’t get much better than what InfoTrust offers; InfoTrust is pays 100 percent of health, dental and vision insurance for InfoTrusters, with premiums covering spouses and dependents at 100 percent as well. This is not a high-deductible plan.
  • Community Service: Alex Yastrebenetsky and Michael Loban, the co-founders of InfoTrust, both firmly believe in Priceline co-founder Jeff Hoffman’s assertion: “Our success is someone else’s miracle.” One of the greatest benefits of working here is their genuine desire to help each employee grow into an even better version of their current selves. An example of how InfoTrust makes our success into someone else’s miracle can be seen through the growth of our Annual Basket Brigade. The Basket Brigade, an event that has been held the last 5 years, provides baskets of necessities to people in need. In 2016 we provided 120 baskets across the US, supporting sick children, homeless and victims of domestic abuse. In 2017 we took the event global, giving food and blankets in India, cleaning supplies and personal care necessities in Sri Lanka, school supplies in the Philippines and close to 450 baskets across the US.
  • Core Values in Everything We Do: At InfoTrust our core values are integral in all that we do. So much so that we have them on our walls, our communications to one another and are even able to reward each other for exemplifying core values! InfoTrust uses Slack to communicate. Slack is awesome! We also found an awesome way to also support our core values. Bonus.ly is an app that allows each employee to give out a certain amount of points each month to their fellow InfoTrusters. Those points can then be turned in for gift cards to a ton of great places or donated to to their favorite cause. By integrating Bonus.ly into Slack we are able to reward each other each time that we see a core value happen.   • Parental Leave: InfoTrust’s parental leave policy is among the best in the country! Any new parent - mother OR father -receives 12 weeks fully-paid time off along with another 12 weeks fully-paid at a reduced schedule to allow for slowly ramping back up rather than making a hard switch back to full-time work. In addition, InfoTrust’s generous unlimited PTO policy allows employees to take off any time needed for pre-delivery medical leave. Instead of worrying about how to handle parental leave, parents at InfoTrust can relax and truly enjoy time with their newest addition. Overall, InfoTrust has initiated these programs to make InfoTrust an awesome place to work for those with families as well of those without. It all equals a happy workforce!
  • Vivid Vision: In 2017, the InfoTrust management team unveiled the company’s Vivid Vision during InfoTrust Week. This short and focused document lays out a detailed plan for where InfoTrust will be in three years, as we enter the year 2020. First and foremost, by defining the success of our future, we have set the path to get there. The Vivid Vision also ensures everyone - from the CEO and CMO to the executive management team to employees - is on the same page and excited about what the future holds. How to Get Hired

We asked InfoTrust, LLC for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

While professional expertise and education are important to us, we have formally defined core values and we ensure that our candidates demonstrate a strong match with our core values. For example, we want people that are confident - because our clients hire us for our expertise - but we also want to see that the person can be confident and empathetic at the same time. Also, because of our fast-changing industry, we target employees that love to learn and enjoy sharing that knowledge with their teammates. We believe that a candidate's demonstrated track record in contributing to nonprofits, causes or professional organizations is a strong indicator of their willingness and passion towards giving back and helping other team members.   

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

For all customer-facing positions, we ask candidates to record a video. We are looking for candidates that take ownership and pride in what they create. We host a number of professional organizations in our office - Web Analytics Wednesday,  CincyPy, 'Girl Develop It' groups, etc. - and we'd encourage any candidates seriously interested in a career with InfoTrust to come to a user group meeting and informally meet some of our team members, check out the office and ask questions. Another fairly unique thing that we do is all technical roles are asked to prepare a presentation in their final stage of interviewing. The presentation topic is purposefully chosen to be a topic they are not familiar with. This allows us to better understand how they go about learning, incorporate InfoTrust product knowledge and how they articulate those learnings with others.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

In the upcoming year, we will be focused on growing two types of positions: consultants and engineers. Consultants are the customer-facing side of our services business. They are the heart and soul of InfoTrust. The enigneering team will focus on assisting the consultants in the service we provide, as well as finding better and more efficient ways that we can provide excellence to our clients of both our consulting and product side of the business. As the product side of the business grows, we will be growing the product development team by adding more product support professionals from the IT sector.
