  • Indeed Wellness Program: Indeed has a special program to encourage employee wellness at all life stages. Through this initiative, the company offers employees an opportunity to learn more about their current wellness levels and to create customized wellness plans determined by an annual wellbeing assessment. In addition, employees have a chance to participate in fun and competitive online wellness challenges and onsite events while earning points towards incentives. The company also provides complimentary 1:1 phone consultations, as well as community-based coaching webinar programs designed to help employees reach their wellness goals.
  • Indeed Unbiased: Indeed Unbiased is an employee-run, company-supported program designed to raise awareness and improve diversity in all Indeed offices. Areas of focus include education, awareness, and advocacy. To date, the Indeed Unbiased group has hosted in-office roundtables, local PRIDE events, seminars, and off-sites.
  • Indeed Ambassadors: The Indeed Ambassadors are a group of influential Indeedians who embody and promote our company's goals and culture. This is a volunteer program that provides Indeed employees internal leadership and networking opportunities as they help raise awareness of Indeed-hosted/sponsored programs, events, and initiatives. All full-time Indeed employees are welcome to apply.
  • GOODdeeds: GOODdeeds is Indeed's volunteer and charitable matching program. Each year, employees can receive up to $250 in company matching on eligible donations. Indeed also supports local volunteerism. The top ten employees with the most volunteer hours earn a $250 gift card to donate to the cause of their choice. Employees can create their own volunteer opportunities in the portal, sign up for them, and track participation all at once.
  • Indeed Perks: Indeed provides all employees with a portal where they can access both preloaded global/national perks, as well as Indeed-negotiated local discounts and offers.
  • Indeed Employee Store: Through the Indeed Employee Store, Indeedians can purchase a wide array of Indeed-branded merchandise. Employees can earn Indeed Store points through tenure, performance, and special giveaways.
  • Indeed Affinity Groups: Indeed Affinity Groups are employee-created and run groups formed around hobbies and shared interests. Some of these groups exist in specific offices, while others are global, allowing employees to meet their colleagues from around the world while enjoying a shared interest or activity.
  • Management Tracks: Indeed has structured management learning program to help managers succeed and progress in their roles. The four-track program, How Management Works, is designed to give managers the tools and knowledge they need to build, develop and lead effective teams across the business. The four tracks currently consist of Leadership Essentials, Practical Leadership, Leadership Development, and Transformational Leadership. Within each stage, Indeed has a number of modules and workshops with a particular focus on both the practical and behavioral aspects of leadership. Some examples of the behavioral-based management topics include: Intro to How Management Works, Two-way Conversations, Having Difficult Conversation, Giving/Receiving Feedback, Insights Discovery, and more!
  • The Network: The Network is a series of employee-driven networking roundtable events, held once a quarter in a number of Indeed’s offices. This is an excellent opportunity for employees to expand their knowledge and debate business issues. This program aims to bring people together who are passionate about business topics; create a forum for cross level/regional networking and idea sharing; create the foundation for a continuous learning environment; and develop individual perspectives about business topics. The topics discussed and debated as part of this program are chosen by Indeed employees. Examples of past topics include: Personal Brand, Inspirational Leadership, and Exploring Unconscious Bias.
  • Employee Training: Indeed is passionate about supporting the continued development of employees. As such, the company offers a number of soft skills and behavioral-based, facilitator-led learning programs. Some examples of the courses include: Intro to Presentation Skills, Time Management and Prioritization, Insights Discovery Introduction, Motivation (with an Insights lens), and more! Indeed also offers employees the opportunity to explore on-demand micro-learning using Grovo, an e-learning platform that offers two-minute video modules, spanning across 130+ topics, with more than 5,000 lessons.
