We asked Hueman People Solutions to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Halloween Day Celebration: Hueman hosts a Halloween contest every year with prizes for best individual and best group. In conjunction, we celebrate our annual fundraising efforts by bowling in costume. This past year we raised over $66,000.
  • Employee Appreciation Month: Our desire is to show appreciation for our employees year round, however we pull out the big guns for Employee Appreciation Month by creating weekly games, team building outings, and fun ways to play together during the work week.
  • Wellness Programs: Hueman creates or selects a new wellness program each year. This year we chose Whole Life Challenge. It was more than a workout or nutrition challenge alone. It was a full mind, heart and body awareness. Greater than 60% of employees participated in the challenges and created healthy life-long habits.
  • Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations: We host monthly afternoon parties to highlight the individuals celebrating their birthdays and the ones celebrating their work anniversaries. For added joy and excitement, we switch up the celebratory desserts so you are surprised each month. Gifts in respect to the anniversaries are awarded publicly.
  • On-site Gym: We have a large on-site gym available for the employees to workout any time throughout the day. It is also available on weekends. On-site yoga classes and personal certified trainers are offered three times a week; with kickboxing classes scheduled three days a week in case that is more your style. Additionally, employees may choose to workout at two local gyms, where personal trainers are provided via the Hueman relationship.
  • Profit Sharing: As Hueman grows, our profitability is shared with the employees through monthly and annual bonuses.
  • Salary Continuation: Hueman fully funds a salary continuation plan that entitles associates to 80% of salary up to four weeks for personal sickness, disability, injury, or medical leave. This plan satisfies the waiting period required by our disability plan.
  • On-site Massages: Employees often use their break time/lunch break to grab a quick massage from the onsite massage therapist who visits monthly.
  • Life Insurance for FREE: Hueman provides $25,000 life insurance and $25,000 AD&D for employees at no cost.
  • VIP Event Tickets: Hueman maintains relationships and memberships that provide us VIP and pre-sale privileges for large events in the area. Hueman also has Club Seat season tickets for the local NFL football team. These tickets are regularly shared among the staff and/or given away as rewards to employees for their service or performance.
