  • Wellness Challenge: HRMS team members participate in a company Wellness Challenge where teams earn points for a variety of heath and nutrition activities (e.g. fitness, nutrition, mental, educational and volunteer activities) and the winning team members earn a cash award worth $50 per employee. In addition, individual leaders receive fitness activity watches.
  • Company Retreat: HRMS invites all employees to participate in a company wide sponsored retreat every 12 to 24 months. This trip is to celebrate past accomplishments, engage in new learning and training classes, and participate in a variety of team building activities.
  • Trusted Traveler Program Memberships: For any employee who travels, on average, once per month HRMS will reimburse the TSA Pre✓ and Clear traveler application program membership fees.

  • Virtual Team Activites: Throughout the year our team members are invited to participate in a variety of team building activities virtually to promote team camaraderie and overall staff enjoyment. Past activities included team photo sharing, baking and even virtual charades.
  • Open PTO Policy: HRMS recognizes the need for employees to take time away from the office to creatively recharge. We believe our trust in our employees will result in better work for our clients, and a better work life for our team members. We also believe in our employees taking personal responsibility for managing their own time, workload and results. HRMS is a performance-based organization and as such we have adopted an Open PTO (Paid Time Off) policy, in which each employees are afforded the flexibility to take time off for vacation, illness, injury, and personal business as necessary.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

At HRMS, a willingness to learn and collaborate with other team members is essential. We are looking for people who possess the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced customer focused environment, are extremely service orientated and take pride in their work. Given our virtual structure, we continually seek candidates who are excellent communicators and can function independently with minimal supervision. Experience in the human resources technology industry is highly valued, but ultimately we want to work with people who are quick learners, diligent and have a high level of passion and integrity. We will continue to look for people who are knowledgeable about our industry and the products we represent. We will also be interested in individuals with Salesforce platform knowledge and experience.
