What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We are looking for people who are flexible, adaptable, quick learners, outgoing, and extremely diligent. Our employees need to be excellent communicators who take pride in their efforts and work. Given our virtual structure, employees must be able to function with minimal supervision. The ability to work independently is key. Ultimately, we want to work with people who have a high level of passion and integrity. And while experience in the human resources technology industry is highly valued, charisma is essential.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees really need to be able to show an inner passion for excellence. It must be a part of their DNA. As a remote company, we cannot always supervise and quality control their work before it’s presented to a client. So we rely heavily on the fact that our employees take the utmost pride in their work, regardless of how we are motivating them. Candidates will differentiate themselves by demonstrating their own history of success in collaborative oriented cultures. People who have shown their own commitment to making others successful will definitely get our attention.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are consistently looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic, perform at their peak when working on demanding projects with specific deadlines, have the ability to translate software jargon to non-technical individuals, offer impeccable follow-up skills, attention to detail and enjoy working in a team environment.
We are looking for people who are knowledgeable about our industry and the products we represent. But more than that, we are looking for people who are tenacious, people who love going to work every day with a focus on serving the customer in an honest and transparent manner.
We are like a family in a sense. If our current success continues, we will be on the lookout for candidates who bring a strong technical background on the Salesforce platform and who ultimately show behavioral tendencies that can thrive and embed themselves well within the tight knit team.
