  • Unlimited PTO: HRchitect offers a truly unlimited PTO policy to employees. HRchitect employees enjoy unlimited PTO from day one of employment - there is no waiting period!  We feel that work life balance is crucial, and every employee's personal life is different, so we enable our employees to take time off when they need to without any qualms or hesitations. This allows our staff to stay relaxed, refreshed, and maintain work-life balance. Unlimited PTO can be used for any instance - taking care of a sick child, going to a personal appointment, vacation, etc.
  • Birthday Lunches at Headquarters: When a team member working at the Frisco, TX headquarters office is celebrating a birthday, the whole Frisco office goes out to lunch to celebrate, courtesy of HRchitect. Birthday lunches are usually accompanied by other celebrations which, in the past, have included office decorations, cake/other desserts, and mimosa bars, depending on the individual's preference.
  • Work From Home: Who needs a long commute and to spend hours sitting in traffic? The ability to work from home all day, every day is a perk that our consultants rave about. Working from home saves them time, money associated with commuting, and stress so our team members are able to maintain better work-life balance.
  • Blend of Business and Leisure Travel: Our consultants travel occasionally for face to face team meetings within consulting practices. We usually try to pick fun locations our team members will enjoy, like Fort Lauderdale, Florida or Scottsdale, Arizona. When we conduct team meetings, we make sure to have enough bonding time. Past team meetings have included a team dinner, open bar, and afternoon at the beach.
  • Logoed Apparel/Items: We provide branded materials like pens, folders and webcam covers to our employees. We are going to be rolling out a new program shortly that allows employees to select branded apparel of their preference to be provided compliments of HRchitect. That way, they can represent HRchitect loud and proud in whatever piece of clothing/travel materials they prefer.
  • Matching of charitable donations: When our team gets together to help someone in need, whether it is a local non-profit organization, or a team member going through a difficult time, HRchitect often matches 100% of our efforts. This helps us to have a greater positive impact in communities where our team works, around the globe.
  • Unlimited PTO - Sick Time: Included in our unlimited PTO policy, HRchitect employees enjoy unlimited sick time beginning on day one of employment - there is no waiting period! We understand that people get sick, so if an employee is feeling under the weather, we encourage them to take time off as needed to rest and recuperate.
  • Generous Paid Holiday Policy: From day one of employment, all HRchitect employees receive at least 11 paid holidays per year. We have a holiday schedule for our US employees, and Canadian employees, recognizing holidays in both countries. HRchitect's holiday schedule includes floating holidays and numerous days off around Thanksgiving and Christmas time (both US and Canada).
  • Health Initiative Allowance: New in 2017! HRchitect wants employees to be healthy, but recognizes that each individual has different health goals, and different ways of approaching those goals. We provide each employee with a $200 allowance to use throughout the year on wellness and health related expenses of their choice. Employees have enjoyed using this allowance towards things like: paying for an annual gym membership, purchasing an Apple Watch for fitness tracking, personal training, healthy meal delivery, buying a treadmill to use at home, and more!

We asked HRchitect for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Attitude and personality are most important. We can teach just about anything so if somebody exudes confidence and a willingness to work as part of a team towards our common goal of complete client satisfaction, it immediately moves them up the list. 

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Know something about the company before coming in for an interview. Ask questions about where the company is going, why we do the things we do, what is important to us, etc. 

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We will continually add to our HR technology consulting team. We want people with some level of experience here, but more importantly, a willingness to learn and be part of the team.
