What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Attitude and personality are most important. We can teach just about anything so if somebody exudes confidence and a willingness to work as part of a team towards our common goal of complete client satisfaction, it immediately moves them up the list.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Know something about the company before coming in for an interview. Ask questions about where the company is going, why we do the things we do, what is important to us, etc.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We will continually add to our HR technology consulting team. We want people with some level of experience here, but more importantly, a willingness to learn and be part of the team.
