What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Are there any unusual or especially rigorous steps of your hiring process that candidates should be aware of?
Each candidate will have the opportunity to take an On-Demand recorded interview. Some people feel camera shy but we celebrate this step as an opportunity for everyone to speak their mind and have a voice. This step allows HireVue to see who you are and not pass you by because your resume that doesn't match the key words described in a position.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are always looking for great software developers and amazing sales people. We also look for other positions throughout the year to support our customers and to continue to grow our teams.
