  • BEST-IN-CLASS PARENTAL LEAVE & ADOPTION ASSISTANCE: All new parents receive two weeks paid time off, plus an additional eight weeks for new birth mothers. And adoptive parents are reimbursed up to $10,000 per child, with no limit to the number of adoptions.
