  • Waffle Thursday: Once a month, employees get to enjoy decorating and eating delicious waffles.
  • Eggstravaganza: Employees and their families are invited to play hard around Easter. This event has tons of activities such as egg hunting, obstacle courses and several opportunities to win fun prizes.
  • HeartFlow's Annual Spring Fling: This 5k is a walk/run event - everyone is welcome to sign up regardless of their jogging abilities. Prizes are awarded to the top finishers in each division and there is also be a surprise opportunity for bonus awards.
  • HeartFlow Ironman Challenge: It is a 31 day long, company-wide challenge! Employees must complete 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking, and 26.2 miles of running. Prizes are awarded to the top finishers in each division and there is also be a surprise opportunity for bonus awards.
  • Heartflow Bootcamp: Bootcamp is a fitness class with elements of weight lifting, high intensity interval training, endurance work and swimming!
  • HeartFlow Run Club: Every Friday all employees are invited to walk/run around the campus. Employees win 1 point for every lap (1.57 mile loop). There is a scale of prizes for every 5 point milestone (up to 100 point), Prizes go from water bottles to iPod shuffle to running shoes, and much more!
  • HeartFlow's Annual Turkey Trot: This 5k is a walk/run event - everyone is welcome to sign up regardless of their jogging abilities. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each division and there will also be surprise opportunities for bonus awards.
  • HeartFlow Blood Drive: Employees are invited to donate blood twice a year right at our facilities. As blood donors, employees enter into a raffle to win prizes such as one hour of massage or $100 gift card.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

At HeartFlow we look for people with great energy and passion in their area of expertise and who can demonstrate how that will translate into helping us grow and develop as an organization.  

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

We are not looking for people who are just applying to a job.  If you can show us that you’re genuinely interested in HeartFlow, you enjoy digging deep to solve problems, you’re not afraid of hard work, and you thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll get our attention.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

In the coming year we will continue to grow and scale our workforce internationally.  We will be looking for software, devops, and testing engineers to scale and automate our software platform.  The commercial team will hire sales and support staff to continue to expand our customer base.  The production team will need more case processing analysts to deliver image-processing tests for our customers.  And we will undoubtedly need to hire people in quality, regulatory, financial, and administrative functions as well.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?

Interested candidates should carefully read the job description to make sure the position is a good fit before applying.  All resumes are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner.   There are dozens of publications, news releases, and clinical trials results about HeartFlow posted online.  When you get to the interview stage, be prepared to show that you’ve done your research on HeartFlow and that you can explain why you’re interested and how you see yourself fitting in.
