  • Coursera: Hanold Associates pays for unlimited annual classes through Coursera for the team to support our professional and personal development. Classes aren't limited or restricted to work-related topics.
  • Tuition Reimbursement Policy: Hanold Associates will reimburse up to $6,500 per year for continuing education that is related to our current business.
  • "You" Monday: The team has the option to work remotely on Mondays. This gives everyone the opportunity to schedule appointments that can only be done during regular business hours during the week.
  • Team Lunch on Friday: Every Friday the team orders in and eats lunch together. Each team member gets the chance to choose the restaurant on a rotational basis. The company pays for lunch and offers this extended lunch break.
  • Yearly Off-Site: Each year Hanold Associates takes the team on an off-site trip for two days. The off-sites are designed for team building and to give everyone a chance to unplug, relax and have fun together. The team has gone to Outward Bound in Colorado and to Las Vegas, and in 2018, will enjoy a resort and spa experience in Scottsdale, Arizona. Hanold Associates covers all costs related to the off site to include travel, transportation, meals, lodging, entertainment and activities.
  • Unlimited Vacation/Sick Leave Policy: Hanold Associates offers unlimited vacation to be taken at the employees and management's discretion. Work-life balance is a high priority within the firm.
  • Coffee/Drinks/Snacks: Hanold Associates provides Keurig coffee and cold drinks ranging from bottled water to La Croix and soft drinks. They keep a stock of snacks tailored to the tastes of the team like mixed nuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, hummus and breakfast and organic snack bars.
  • Friday Happy Hour: Hanold Associates initiates office happy hour periodically on Friday afternoons near the end of the day. This is a spontaneous occurrence and anyone can initiate and participate. The refrigerator is stocked with beer and wine for these occasions. Every three to six months, they have an off-site happy hour at a location near the office to encourage relaxation and social interaction within the team.
  • Celebrate Significant Events: Hanold Associates celebrates with everyone! They have champagne toasts to celebrate personal events in the team's lives: engagements, weddings, birth of children, significant birthdays, etc. As a close team, it's nice to share joys and successes together!

Hanold Associates is always interested in great talent. We usually have a job post on LinkedIn that prospective employees can apply to.To capture our attention, someone needs to have a professional demeanor and indicators in their work, education or volunteer experiences that they work hard, enjoy a challenge and can find the fun in everyday client and team interchange.
