Greenleaf Trust is always seeking talented, team-oriented individuals who are dedicated to a continuous improvement process aligned with our clients' wants, needs and desires. We look for people that are honest and honorable, patient and positive, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while acting and operating independently as well as on a team. Collaboration is a key objective, as we are always looking for ways to improve what we do in order to provide better service to our employees and clients. We are a work family and support each other both inside and outside of work. Lastly, leadership, ownership and accountability are important qualities for every team member at Greenleaf Trust.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Greenlea Trust values employees that have shown leadership in past roles, either in a lead, management, or coach or technical capacity and can explain the impact they were able to make while in the role. Highlighting areas of achievement while in school is another great opportunity to share how you have made an impact. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are fortunate to have very little turnover, with most of our open positions being a result of growth. We have filled several positions over the past 6 years in all divisions: Operations, Personal Trust, Wealth Management, Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Research, Compliance, Retirement Planning, Business Information Services and The Family Office at Greenleaf Trust. We will continue to add positions in areas needed as we continue to grow.
