At Greenleaf Trust we look for people who are honest and honorable, patient, positive and always think about putting the client first. Our company is like a family; we care for one another and support each other in new endeavors both inside and outside work. Greenleaf Trust is a fast-paced environment that requires its employees to act and operate independently, and as a team, with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives. We encourage collaboration and value the opinions and suggestions of others and are always looking for ways to improve what we do to be able to provide better service to our employees and clients. Leadership, ownership and accountability are key objectives for employees at Greenleaf Trust. Prospective employees can get our attention by highlighting areas of achievement while in school and/or work. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Greenleaf Trust is a young company with very low turnover. Because of this, the number of positions we need to add each year is minimal and dependent on our areas of growth and need. We have filled several positions over the past 6 years in all divisions; Operations, Personal Trust, Wealth Management, Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Research, Compliance, Retirement Planning, Business Information Services and Business Process Management and The Family Office at Greenleaf Trust. We will continue to add positions in areas needed as we continue to grow.
