Perks and Programs

We asked Gravitational Marketing to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Continuing Education Stipend: Depending upon position, our company provides an education stipend between $250-$1000 for every employee that can be used for everything from seminars to webinars to formal education.
  • Dream Sessions: Our employees meet each month for one hour in small groups to discuss their dreams, both within and outside of work. The groups work together to advance each member's personal ambitions. This is an integral part of the Company's generous PTO policy allowing employees to take large blocks of time to achieve their personal dreams.
  • Lunch & Learns: The Company founders host a free catered lunch each month for all employees where the founders teach employees on subjects both pertinent and separate from the core business.
  • ESP Meetings: Each Friday, the entire company meets for an "update" where we recognize an employee of the week with an "impact award", celebrate good news from our clients, and update all team members on relevant aspects of the business.
  • Same Is Lame Foundation: The Company supports our own Foundation that recognizes high talent children in the community with financial and other support. So far the Foundation has helped 7 children over the past two years whose talents range from Irish Step Dancing to Karate to Magic. Our employees donate time to Foundation fundraisers and other community activities.
  • Kindle Book Program: All employees receive a Kindle book reader on their 90 day anniversary, and then receive a monthly $15 stipend for posting book reviews on our internal company blog.
  • ESP Pub Socials: Once or twice per month, we open up our keg for an end of day Happy Hour which includes games, socializing and the occasional ping pong tournament.
  • Dress Up Days: Once per month, our team members engage in the costume contest of the month. We have even done a pajama dress up day!
  • Paid Time Off: All employees receive 5 weeks of annual PTO (prorated on date of hire).
