Candidates that stand out to us will tend to demonstrate: an action orientated drive, plus are ambitious, enthusiastic (for learning), detailed orientated, and possess a leadership quality. They are also honest, detail orientated, and success driven.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

The best way you can gain our attention is to always be clear, concise, and honest.  When sending us your resume, it's best to indicate a statement as to why you would like to be a part of the Grantek team. Consider highlighting some of your key skills and career goals. 

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

Grantek is focused on building the future; we invest heavily in new graduates.  Also for the coming year, we will be hiring senior Engineers that are looking to have an opportunity to mentor junior hires.
