Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are a manufacturing company at our core, so we are always seeking talented machinists to staff the multimillion-dollar investments we make annually in state-of-the-art manufacturing technology. We are also dedicated to funding research and development efforts at nearly three times the rate of our peers and consequently seek additional engineering talent. We are also looking for marketing and sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. As an expanding global company, we are also filling positions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South and Central America, and Asia Pacific.

In the past five years, our internship program has grown substantially, from 12 interns in 2012 to 100 interns in 2017. In 2016, we hired 19 interns as full-time employees.
