  • Gives Back Program: GoFundMe has a monthly “Gives Back”program where employees nominate GoFundMe campaigns that move or inspire them. GoFundMe then selects and donates $1,000 to the qualifying campaigns that can make a big difference in someone’s life. This program has been an employee favorite for over three years, and GoFundMe gave back more than half a million dollars in 2015.
  • Wellness Program: Every employee receives a $600/year wellness allowance that can pay for healthful activities or products, including gym members, athletic equipment, or mind-body treatments. In addition, all GoFundMe employees have convertible standing/sitting desks, and free massages are available at the offices.
  • Rockstar Bonus: Our Happiness Agents (customer support staff) are rewarded with a spot bonus after completing 30 consecutive days in “rockstar status.” In addition, one agent wins the Happy Award every month, receiving company-wide recognition for their work and culture contributions.
  • Work and Play: When our employees step away from the computer, we have dedicated game areas with activities such as shuffleboard, bocce ball, ping-pong, pool tables, and giant Connect Four.
  • Collaborative, Inspiring Work Space: The GoFundMe offices are beautifully designed with open and collaborative floor plans. No one sits in an office, and everyone is encouraged to reach out to any team member. Meeting rooms are named after inspiring GoFundMe campaigns, such as “Saving Eliza” and “Ibra’s Power Chair.” To keep teams connected across offices, TVs stream company-wide content ranging from upcoming events, weather, lunch menus, and a “Guess the Baby” competition.
  • Team-Building Events: Employees enjoy a variety of team events, including company-wide parties like 2015’s Fancy Holiday Party, team rafting trips and picnics in the park, monthly happy hour gatherings, and seasonal events like our Halloween party and costume competitions.
