What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Each prospective employee goes through a vigorous interview process. You will meet with many individuals who not only evaluate your professional skill level, but your cultural fit potential. Our culture is a top priority and we maintain it by hiring people who work well within our culture. We’re looking for remarkable people who are driven, positive, collaborative, genuine, inquisitive, and adaptable. You must also have respect for people, quality, teamwork, risk taking, urgency, customers and change. You should also have a flair of creativity about you – where a bit of imagination and determination can lead to great innovation! What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We look at every application. Amazing talent comes in all different forms and we respect your uniqueness. To get our attention, spend time creating a visually appealing, creative resume and maybe do something out of the norm to get it to us. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
In the year ahead, our focus will continue to be on hiring exceptional people who are driven to add to our culture and business in amazing ways. As our business grows, so are many of our teams. Our sales team is growing and we’re looking for high-energy, ambitious, and strategic sales people with HR technology field knowledge. We are hiring customer success team members who are committed to working with customers to ensure they get the maximum value from our solution. Our marketing team is looking for ground-breaking marketers who have experience disrupting a market and paving a new way for the HR industry. The product will always evolve, and with that we look for talented product management candidates, with a passion for technology innovation, customer service, and recognition in the workplace.
