What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We are a fast-paced, tech-oriented company looking for dynamic self-starters who want to make an impact. Every member of the GeoLinks' team is an innovator, go-getter, and overall ALL STAR. We value motivation, passion, tenacity, and loyalty over a five-page resume. You don’t need extensive job experience if you are killer at your craft.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prove they are INNOVATIVE by reaching out to us in a unique and different way. Show us they are MOTIVATED by doing their research and PASSIONATE by telling us why they want to work for GeoLinks specifically. It's obvious when someone blasts out their resume to a variety of companies...if you aren't going to take the time to get to know us, why should we take the time to get to know you?
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are growing rapidly and new positions are popping up left and right. Over the next 12 months we will be looking for a little bit of everything— from engineers, to field techs, to marketing and sales professionals, to accounting assets, to customer success representatives.
