We asked Frontline Performance Group to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Giving Day: FPG offers a full day to each Team Member to volunteer at a charity of their choice. Many of our Team Members choose to volunteer together to strengthen Team Bonds while giving back to the community.
  • Reflection Day: FPG offers a day to all Team Members that allows them to reflect on anything they feel passionate about or would like to improve. Many of our Team Members have used the day to challenge themselves by scaling a mountain or cycling 100 miles along the California coast! FPG asks that if you discovered something about yourself along the way that you share with the company if you are comfortable.
  • Parental Leave: FPG offers paid parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child. Maternity Leave - 12 weeks, Paternity Leave - 1 week, Adoption - 2 weeks paid leave.
  • Wellness Program Discounts: FPG offers a comprehensive Wellness Program through our medical benefits provider. Our Team Members have access to gym membership discounts, weight loss program discounts, chiropractic services and more.
  • AnyPerks: AnyPerks is an easy to use perks platform with exclusive, reduced pricing on a variety of perks. The website can be accessed both on the web and on the phone.
  • Client Discount Programs: FPG offers VIP treatment with the Nissan and Infiniti Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP). An employee can drive away in a brand-new vehicle with a pre-negotiated price; they pick their own model and color of their liking! FPG also offers a Hilton Benefit, which saves the employees about 10%. They access the discount via website and a list of corporate account discounts appear. The reservation is for any Hilton brand.
  • Going Green Initiative: FPG created a committee that continually strives to push out 'green' programs. We recently purchased FPG branded water bottles for our Team Members to encourage less use of plastic bottles and rolled out a global recycling campaign.
  • Casual for a Cause: During the months of June to August, FPG encourages employees to donate a small amount to the charity of their choice in order to wear casual clothes during the entire business week. FPG matches the donations made by each employee. These causes rang from helping animals to helping children. We are currently raising money to decorate a hospital room for children with cancer.
  • Summer of Smiles: Summer of Smiles is a program that is launched during the summer time to provide enthusiasm and team bonding to our employees. We surprise the employees weekly to motivate them to continue assisting other employees in the field. Whether it is an ice cream day, a game of corn-hole, or even passing out gift cards for being heavily involved and active in the activities!
  • Global Conference: This annual, four-day conference brings together all of our team from around the world for team building and learning intensives focused on individual development. We host learning and breakout sessions during the day and fun events at night. This year's theme was "Elevate to Peak Potential" and featured guest speakers on motivation and personal growth. This event is led by our Senior Leadership Team and provides direct access and exposure to the Executives for the whole team, while also inspiring camaraderie among everyone. We also use this opportunity to recognize top performers for the year and provide Team Members with awards for their achievements.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Frontline Performance Group focuses on a variety of factors when considering applicants.
