What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We are looking for leaders with a strong sales background, preferably with some knowledge of hotel or car rental operations. However, the most important key characteristic is having a sincere passion for developing others and truly believing in the potential of people.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We will have potential opportunities in new regions throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. Most of our recruiting focuses on Performance Coaches and Performance Leaders as well as the support positions at HQ.
What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
Ziad Khoury, our CEO, wrote the bestselling book “Frontline Profit Machine”. The book is the foundation of our business and while we don’t require candidates to read it, many of them do!
