What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
In addition to the minimum qualifications, knowledge skills and ability required for the position, candidates are selected on behavioral questions related to our mission, vision, values, strategic goals and objectives, as well as a desire to make a difference (directly of indirectly) in the lives of our patients and the communities we serve. We also look for character traits such as compassion, empathy and service oriented/servant leaders.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
For the next year, we are focused on hiring RNs in certain specialties i.e. ED, NICU, L&D, OR, Home Health experience. We are also seeking Certified Nursing and Medical Assistants.
