Even before considering specific technical/industry skills, we look for candidates who showcase several specific professional qualities. Specific characteristics include: high-energy, creative thinking, team-oriented, problem solving, and positivity.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
A real attention-grabber for us during interviews is detailed knowledge of our particular industry. The world of enterprise software is a complicated one, and candidates can really shine above the rest by doing their research before meeting with us. That way, instead on trying to give prospective employees an initial idea of what we do, they can give us an idea of how their skills and experience will benefit the company.
