We asked FPX to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Employee Volunteer Program: Employees can accept 1 paid day off every 6 months to volunteer at a charitable organization. This donated time is considered VTO (Volunteer Time Off) and does not affect PTO (Paid Time Off) usage. The purpose of the Employee Volunteer Program is to support activities that enhance and serve the communities in which we live and work.
  • Tuition Assistance Program: The Tuition Assistance Program encourages personal development through formal education which will improve job/career performance. How to Get Hired

We asked FPX for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Even before considering specific technical/industry skills, we look for candidates who showcase several specific professional qualities. Specific characteristics include: high-energy, creative thinking, team-oriented, problem solving, and positivity.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

A real attention-grabber for us during interviews is detailed knowledge of our particular industry. The world of enterprise software is a complicated one, and candidates can really shine above the rest by doing their research before meeting with us. That way, instead on trying to give prospective employees an initial idea of what we do, they can give us an idea of how their skills and experience will benefit the company.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

FPX is currently in a period of accelerated growth, and is looking to expand staff in all departments across the organization. Looking ahead to this coming year, FPX is placing hiring focus on recent college graduates from around the country who share a core of advanced technical skills.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?

To learn more, interested candidates should visit the FPX Careers Page or email careers@fpx.com.
