We hire based on attitude and train for knowledge, skill and detail. All applicants are evaluated against a set of core competencies known as ASPECT: Adaptability/Flexibility, Service Passion, Professionalism, Ethic for Work/Integrity, Communication Skills, and Team Player with Technical/Functional Skills.  In addition, to ensure that we select qualified managerial candidates, the following qualities are also assessed: People Leadership Skills, Operator/Business Acumen, Problem Solver, and Sound Analyzer Implementer/Action Taker.
