We recruit prospective new employees who embrace our corporate culture. Our culture consist of the values, beliefs, underlying assumptions, attitudes and behaviors shared by our leaders and workforce. Five Stones has a comprehensive interview process includes the evaluation of less obvious skills. Hiring managers interview potential candidates to determine if they are technically qualified and have the corporate and work values necessary to succeed. A member of our Executive Staff, with their understanding of corporate values, conducts a final interview with the new employee to ensure compatibility with our corporate values. During this process, it becomes clear which candidate is the most technically qualified and well aligned with our professional and corporate values.

5SRC is organized into three core business areas: Engineering, Logistics / Programmatics, and Information Management / Information Technology. We currently are expecting growth in all three areas and will be looking for candidates in all three.
Inside those business areas, we will seek out employees who personify our corporate and professional values. Our values, and those who share them, drive our recruitment and ensure we maintain high-quality employees who constantly exceed our customer expectations.
