    What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

    Team players. We look for team players who are both articulate and disruptive in the creation process, and individuals who have a proven track record of being change agents in their workplaces and communities.  Other leading qualities we look for in prospective team members are people with aspiration and initiative. The desire and motivation to take on responsibilities, challenges and rewards typically demonstrated by those in more senior roles are characteristics we believe are a great fit for our workplace.

    We are on the lookout for candidates who are accomplishment driven and outstanding contributors.     We are particularly focused in growing our software development and data science teams this coming year in both the US and the UK. We will also be ramping up our college recruitment efforts to hire young talent who are excited about joining our company at a time when what you do has a direct impact on both the company and the telecom industry as a whole.
