What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
In addition to meeting the specific skill requirements, we look for team players who have a proven track record of being change agents in their schools, workplaces or communities. We want people who show initiative; fail fast and move on; treat others with respect; bring out the best in those around them; are genuine and authentic; think big and bold; and are constantly learning. As a fast growth company, we want people with a desire and motivation to take on new challenges and responsibilities. New team members should be ready to roll up their sleeves and jump right in! We also want people who like to have some fun along the way. We spend so much of our waking hours together, we want to be able to laugh together while we work.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

We are committed to having a workplace that is filled with creative thinkers and innovators who have an "all in" mindset. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
As we grow, we continue to be keenly focused on growing our mobile software development and data science teams. These are hot skills in the marketplace and we'll continue our college and professional recruiting efforts to attract stars who are excited about joining a company where they can have a direct impact on the company and our industry while growing their own skills and careers. We recently created our own Technical Apprenticeship Progam where we're hiring entry level developers and through in-house training, getting them iOS or Android ready in 12 weeks for our fast-paced business!
