What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Farnsworth Group is always looking for prospective employees that can distinguish themselves from other candidates. In addition to candidates that have the necessary skillset(s) required for any given position, we evaluate employees for additional distinguishing characteristics such as participation in their local communities, active in professional organizations; or involved in charitable and philanthropic organizations. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
In the next year, Farnsworth will focus on positions identified in the Strategic Plan as well as continuing our emphasis on executing our Succesion Plan. Continuing to build infrastructure to support the technical disciplines will also be a priority over the next year.
