  • Day of Caring: Each year Expedia holds a Global Day of Caring, where employees are given a paid-day to get out in their community, doing anything from pulling weeds at the local park to serving food to those experiencing homelessness. 2016 marked our fifth annual Day of Caring, with more than 6,000 employees participating worldwide.
  • Matching Gifts Program: Expedia matches dollar-for-dollar any donation an employee makes up to $4,000 a year, and match every hour an employee donates of their time with $15 they can donate to any charitable organization they care about.
  • Wellness Reimbursement: To help offset the cost of activities that promote wellness for employees and their families, Expedia provides a wellness and fitness reimbursement of up to $600 per year.
