Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are currently recruiting for interns across the Company to provide them with an opportunity to learn skills which supplement their education and provide them with an opportunity to grow within the Company, with the ultimate goal of offering the interns a job after they graduate from college.
We are also recruiting for a Senior Room Chef. Our restaurants are consistently rated highly within Mesquite, with Gregory's Mesquite Grill, our fine dining steak house, being rated the number 1 restaurant in the city for the past 8 years. As a result, we are looking for an individual with experience and the skill set to allow him/her to maintain the high ranking of our restaurants and continue to elevate the experience for our team and for our guests.
