EnergyLogic employees widely appreciate the flexibility and autonomy their leaders encourage at the company. They describe managers as effective, honest and caring. A full 100 percent of employees feel their managers are competent at running the business. All staffers surveyed consider their leaders to be honest and ethical in their business practices and that managers' actions match their words. One hundred percent of employees also say they believe managers would lay people off only as a last resort. For our field personnel, it is essential that they have completed rater training. Beyond that, for every new hire, we want to see a genuine enthusiasm for working for EnergyLogic and a commitment to sustainability. While every job, from office manager to new homes rater, requires a general computer knowledge and acumen, overall what we want to see is heartfelt desire to be a "logician!"

Again, to be in the field, on the technical side of the house, every applicant must have completed, or be in the process of completing, rater training in order to be considered for an open position.
