What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Personality is the most important attribute we look for in an employee. With the industry that we work in, you must be a very dynamic thinker, and be able to deal with multiple types of people. Another characteristic is an overall positive attitude. We have learned that other employees feed off of the positivity and overall work increases. The last characteristic is someone that is looking to have fun in a relaxed environment. We want a hard worker that can relax when needed, but work just as hard when needed to service the clients.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees need to think differently and completely outside the box. We are growing a company on innovation and forward thinking, so we need employees to come in and plan on making a difference. The CEO wants employees that will come into the business and keep him on his toes personally.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are focused on hiring young and hungry recent college graduates for our Client Solutions Specialists positions. We are hoping to hire up to 10 more people before the end of the calender year. The business as a whole is growing at an aggressive rate, so we would like to keep a focus on great talent to fill our need and service the clients.
