Family Fun Day. Each year, instead of a Staff Retreat we have a Staff Advance (we believe the Church never retreats and should always be moving forward). On the last day, we have a huge family fun day including an epic belly flop contest.

  • Health and Wellness: Elevation Church’s on-site health and wellness program includes, “The Jungle”, a complimentary state of the art gym with free weights, dumbbells, TRX, medicine balls, benches, two squat racks and a cable machine. Certified instructors lead daily boot camp and periodic classes such as yoga, kickboxing and athletic conditioning. On-site nutrition options include subsidized healthy vending options, protein powders and supplements. Complimentary coffee options at Elevation suit every preference from espresso machine to pour over and everything in between. They’ve even have locally roasted organic beans.
  • On-Site Child Care: Elevation Church’s child care program includes licensed, subsidized, on-site child care, staffed with dedicated teachers and caregivers. Elevation uses curriculum suited to each age group from birth through pre-school.
  • Quarterly Gift Cards: Elevation Church’s quarterly gift card program provides $50 gift cards to all staff members every 3 months. This program is designed to promote regular date nights for married couples, and provide unmarried staff members with the means to treat themselves to something extra. Examples of gift cards provided include: Regal theaters, Ruth’s Chris and Nordstrom.
  • On-Site Services: Elevation Church’s on-site services include, haircuts by professional stylists, car detailing, alterations, discounted movie tickets, oil changes, and financial planning services. All services are scheduled through our office assistant and billed as a payroll deduction.
  • Game of the Month: Elevation Church’s on-site game of the month program focuses on friendly inter-department competition. Games accommodate a variety of skills and abilities. Examples of monthly games include mini-golf, four square, indoor tennis, knockout, and corn hole. Employees are encouraged to participate in end of month tournaments. Prizes are awarded to top 3 winners in male and female categories.
  • Recreational Sports: Elevation Church headquarter office is walking distance from a state of the art sportsplex that includes astroturf fields, walking and biking trails. Throughout the year they hold tournaments where employees compete in sports such as ultimate frisbee, flag-football and basketball.

Camp Juggernaut. We want our kids to grow up loving ministry so each year we do a special camp for our Staff Kids. It’s always a fun-filled week and includes a serving project with one of our outreach partners.
