  • Flex Caseload: Allows contractors to accept as few or as many patients as their schedule currently allows. Also allows for contractors to set their definition of full or part time.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

They must be self motivated, efficient, and willing to communicate well with the virtual office.  Since we have a virtual office, it is important that all contractors and employees take it upon themselves to do what is needed to complete their job well.  Quality of execution is very important and a contractor or employee must put this as a priority to be efficient. 

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Getting things done quickly with high quality and going out of your way to communicate will show us that you are a good match for our company. 

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We really would like to hire more full time contractors who are interested in making ECTS their primary home for contracting.
