What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
When we search for candidates, there are several different characteristics we are looking for. We prefer to hire prospective employees who demonstrate positive attitudes and high energy levels. Here at DriveTime, we are looking for those who show they will thrive in our culture by connecting with people quickly, are driven to achieve results and are eager to learn as much as possible along the way. Given our open and fast-paced culture, we also strive to hire collaborative individuals who are capable of effectively communicating with others to efficiently reach a common goal.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We recommend prospective employees demonstrate an interest in the role they are applying for as well as in the company as a whole. We love when candidates do their homework, and ask questions during their interview about both what the role will entail and where the company plans to be in the future. We work hard to ensure that the potential employee is a great fit for us, but we also want to know that we are a great fit for the candidate.
We truly appreciate a good story and hope to find individuals who can effectively tell a story about themselves; professionally and personally. What has your journey been? What obstacles have you overcome and what have you learned from them? Because we work in such collaborative environments, and value our company culture, candidates can also get our attention by showing their ability to connect with others quickly.

We are hoping to hire many candidates who showcase the characteristics we are looking for.
