The ideal candidate is thorough, detail-oriented and thrives on problem solving. Holding a commitment to quality, accuracy, consistency and transparency is essential. They are a team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic who can have fun along the way.
In our interviews, we ask “who is the best person you've worked for and why?” Being able to recognize the effort of someone else in their career to make them better demonstrates humility, which is crucial.
We look for innovative, interesting and hardworking employees. Our company culture is very important to the success of DriveShop therefore candidates with unique perspectives, inspiring ideas and a passion for cars is always a plus! What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Our interview process is designed to highlight the employees we are looking for, so they're sure to get our attention if they can keep up with the questions. Showing a passion for the industry is also highly regarded.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Our company is continuing to grow at a rapid pace and will likely be expanding all departments and continue to look for instrumental employees who can keep up. Project Managers and Coordinators are currently a top priority.
