What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
At DLC, our people are our most important asset and we put great effort into creating a culture that allows our employees to thrive. What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Find out who the hiring manager is and reach out directly so your name and resume are right in front of us vs. just applying online. In your introduction email, tell us why you are unique and what you can bring to DLC. Do your research! Show us that you know who we are, understand the business and the opportunity you're applying for.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are actively hiring across the board. We have real estate specific role within the following departments: Leasing, Property Management, Construction Management, Transactions. We also have positions within the corporate departments: Accounting and Legal.
