Perks and Programs

We asked DiscoverOrg to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Dorgies: DiscoverOrg hosts a quarterly off-site award ceremony celebrating our accomplishments from the previous quarter. The event is held in a locally owned historical movie theater. One member from each department is honored as the MVP for the quarter and receives the highly esteemed, and sought after Dorgie light up trophy and plaque.
  • Annual Donation Drive: Once a year, DiscoverOrg employees band together during a month-long donation drive to show their support for the Evergreen School District Family Resource Center. DiscoverOrg employees have one month to collect a range of items that are widely needed by the Family Resource Center. To increase the number of donations and foster team building competition, the donation drive is also a contest between departments.
  • SchuckBucks: At DiscoverOrg we have an incentive program called SchuckBucks. Employees are rewarded for hard work, at which point they receive tokens that can be used at our online employee store or at various local restaurants and movie theaters in the area.
  • Lunch Club: At DiscoverOrg we have a great opportunity for employees to get to know their coworkers. Every month, a group of people from different departments are randomly matched up to go to lunch together. Lunch Club is a great way for DiscoverOrg employees to network with other departments. We have had a lot of people find advancements in their career with DiscoverOrg through the connections they have made in Lunch Club.
  • DiscoSocial: DiscoSocial is the main portal for employees to get involved and stay connected. On this website, DiscoverOrg employees are able to see upcoming company happy hours, employee events, bulletins to ask for local recommendations, an anonymous forum to post shout outs for coworkers, and various clubs such as the DORG Literary Guild, Movie Club, Dog Bark Park Club, and Bachelor Nation.
  • CARE Committee: The Company Attraction, Retention, and Engagement (CARE) Committee upholds DiscoverOrg’s commitment to developing and maintaining a positive work environment to boost employee satisfaction and retain top performers through recognition, internal engagement, and external/community engagement. A new CARE committee is introduced quarterly.
  • End of Quarter Celebration: At DiscoverOrg, we take a lot of pride in celebrating our accomplishments. At End of Quarter we aim to close out the quarter strong with our own version of a Spirit Day which consists of lucky outfits, free pizza, beer, ice cream, champagne, and more.
