  • Summer Fridays: All of our employees are allotted at least 6 Fridays throughout the summer where they can leave early or work from home giving everyone an opportunity to get outside and enjoy the summer weather!
  • 4 Day Holiday Weekends: Rather than just enjoying 3-day weekends for holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day, employees enjoy 4 days off to make the most of their festive weekends.
  • Pet Friendly: Our furry friends are some of our most productive team members. They can regularly be seen running around the office and making sure everyone stays focused and on task!
  • Cell Phone Stipend: To help offset the cost of our 24/7 digitally-driven business lifestyle, Digital Remedy offers a cell phone stipend to all employees. As employees move up within the company, they are eligible for additional stipend funds.
  • What's on Tap: Digital Remedy keeps 3 kegs constantly filled with Top Flight Beer, no beer before 5 PM though! For those who prefer something a little more health conscious, we also offer multiple flavors of Kombucha.
  • A Caring Community: Through our philanthropic arm, CPXample, employees have participated in charitable giving and volunteer days such as Red Nose Day, Children's International, One Warm Coat, and NY Cares.
