  • DHL Scholarship Program: The primary focus of Deutsche Post DHL is Motivated Employees, who are key assets to our Company. DPDHL also aspires to be an Employer of Choice and values Living Responsibility. To achieve this important goal, DPDHL has made Education one of the main areas of our Sustainability Initiatives. The Company awards scholarships to dependents of our eligible employees of $2,500 per academic year, for up to four (4) continuous academic years, towards the costs of tuition, required textbooks and certain fees. Scholarship applications will be solicited annually, and candidates will be evaluated based on the quality of their responses.
  • First Year Family & Medical Leave of Absence: Sometimes the unexpected happens, even to our newest hires. For this reason, we have established a First Year Family and Medical Leave program. If you are a regular full-time or part-time employee and have completed 60 calendar days of employment but are ineligible for FMLA leave, you may be eligible for a job-protected leave under DHL’s First Year Family & Medical Leave of Absence policy for up to six (6) weeks. Employee must meet the same qualification as FMLA, but are otherwise ineligible based on tenure.
  • Maternity & Parental Leave: We provide women 6 weeks of paid leave due to disability caused by pregnancy and/or childbirth; and both women and men 1 week of paid leave for baby-bonding. Additional time off is available under the First Year Medical and Family Leave Policy, or FMLA.
  • Certified International Manager: Through the Certified International Manager (CIM) training program, DHL will take you on the journey to becoming a 21st Century Manager. 21st Century Managers offer people they work with high focus of both Respect and Results. They understand that a key component to creating a high-performance environment is transparent, regular communication—setting clear and understood objectives, giving regular motivational and developmental feedback, listening and keeping everyone involved and focused on adding value.
  • Certified International Specialist: Every employee is trained to become a Certified International Specialist. Coursework begins with CIS Induction, a week-long training in our air hub in CVG (Erlanger, KY). All employees are flown to CVG to begin their journey. Managers receive a unique curriculum under the Certified International Manager umbrella. Here, they learn how to become a 21st Century Manager, practicing our core value of achieving results without sacrificing respect.
  • Employee Opinion Survey: "Motivated Employees" is our first pillar to achieve great business results. We are always looking for top talent to join the team in a wide variety of levels, specialties and locations.  We are a logistics company at heart of course, so operations workers (dockworkers, clearance agents, drivers, couriers, supervisors, etc.) make up the largest part of our workforce.  We are also growing our sales force so we have needs for field and direct channel sales professionals who are ready to sell the best solutions in the business.  We operate a world-class customer relations center in Tempe, and invite the insanely customer-centric to apply!
