  • College Recruitment Program: We have built a first-class college recruitment program that attracts top talent through traditional and non-traditional means. We attend various in-state and out-of-state career fairs as well as focusing on more intimate classroom style lectures. We have valued partnerships with many local institutions and are always interested in delivering classroom lectures on relevant security topics that are relevant to our industry. CyberArk is also a fixture at local security meet-ups, allowing us to broaden our reach.
  • Employee Referral Program: We consider our employees to be our best recruiters and encourage them to refer candidates in their network who demonstrate many of the CyberArk core values that have contributed to our special culture. We run spiffs during high recruitment season and have received a great response.
  • Management Training Program: CyberArk believes in investing in our employees and it is important to provide our managers with the fundamentals of leadership. We have developed a management training program that is custom made for our people. We encourage our managers to provide specific feedback on their real-life managerial experiences at CyberArk.
  • Annual Sales Kickoff: Each year, many members of the CyberArk team have the opportunity to attend our Annual Sales Kickoff. Through this experience, employees are able to meet global counterparts, learn about new technologies and product features and hear about the overall successes that the CyberArk team has had in the past 12 months.
  • Corporate Service Program: CyberArk is always looking for ways to give back to our local community and the communities of our customers. Each year, representatives from CyberArk participate in a technology focused corporate service day and are responsible for specific projects that aim to benefit the local community. Recently, employees were tasked with painting a local school playground and completed a park clean-up.

Culture is at the root of all our hiring. It not only serves as the foundation of the company, but it also is the glue that has kept us together through our recent growth. As a result, we look for traits that reflect some of our core values: Smart, bold but humble, driven, winners and continuous improvement. The individual may not have the perfect qualifications on paper, but we can accomplish more with an open minded, moldable person.
