Perks and Programs

We asked CWS Corporate Leasing, LLC to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • BRIDGE: The B.R.I.D.G.E. program supports employees' volunteerism. We have regional coaches, organized volunteer opportunities within our regions and employees can also volunteer wherever their passions lead them. For each hour an employee volunteers up to 12, CWS contributes $10 per hour ($120 max per year) into a fund they can donate to their charity of choice and another $120 into a pooled fund account. At year end the employee can nominate their charity of choice to receive a donation. In 2017, we volunteered over 3600 hours and donated $13,222 in total. BRIDGE is the foundation of our culture.
  • National Day of Caring: On a pre-determined day each year, the company provides up to two paid hours during the work day for everyone to volunteer either as a team or individually anytime throughout the day. Many team members volunteer more than the two hours if there is job coverage and managers approve.
  • $250 Make It Right: Employees have up to $250 to spend to make it right for any customer escalations without managerial approval. This program fosters autonomy and empowering our teams to fix problems directly.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: The company believes in encouraging long life learning and furthering one's education, regardless of whether or not it is job-related. If an associate has worked for more than one year, he/she is eligible for up to 50% tuition reimbursement. If an associate has worked for five or more years, he/she is eligible for up to 90% tuition reimbursement.
  • Annual Award Celebrations: The company celebrates the best of best in the following categories: Partner of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Leader of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year. The process consists of using performance evaluation ratings and interviews with peers and managers which is then compiled into a form with anonymous supporting evidence. The executive team votes on the winners and the winners are revealed and receive a paid day of fun activities followed by an award dinner ceremony with the executive team and board members. Previous activities included indoor skydiving, segue tours, and ferry rides.
  • Fitbit or Fitness Bucks: As part of the company's wellness program, the company offers either a fitbit or fitness reimbursement to both full-time (up to $100) and part-time associates(up to $50) once per year.
  • Free Financial Advice: The company has partnered with an external financial advising company to assist employees with free financial advice as it pertains to investing 401(k) funds to help team members choose customized funds that best meet their individual needs. This includes limitless one-on-one phone, onsite, and virtual consultations.
  • Birthday Holiday and Gift: At CWS Corporate Housing, we love to celebrate important days in each individual's lives and birthdays are no different. Every employee receives one birthday holiday, which they can use anytime during the year. Employees also receive a company gift valued at $50 each year.

  • Career Coaching and Development: The company promotes individual growth even if that means beyond the company. Provided that the team member does a great job for the company, the company's goal is to help an individual reach his/her goals as quickly as possible. For example, if someone wants to be an owner of a gym, we will provide opportunities to sit in on financial meetings, learn how to operate a business, and develop needed skills to prepare the associate once he/she is ready to make a career change.
