What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Presenting a polished first impression that is genuine and professional goes a long way. It is important for candidates to take the time to understand what CustomInk is all about. Candidates who have done their homework allow us to get off to a great start in our very in depth interview process; this homework can be demonstrated as early as our online application which can include a cover letter, resume, and even a questionnaire.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Our In-House Production and Stores team are likely to see a lot of growth and change this coming year. Our production roles demand Inkers who are detail-oriented, efficient, and know how to work as part of a team - required ingredients to ensure we craft the high-quality products we’ve promised our customers.
In stores, we deliver the level of service we’re known for online - in person and one-on-one, which allows us to build stronger relationships with our customers. It goes without saying that these roles are matches for outgoing, solution-oriented, and driven salespeople that love to come through for others.
In sales, we seek friendly and reliable individuals who are dedicated to helping customers have a great experience. You must understand and care about building relationships, and have the communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to create customers for life!
