What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Trust and integrity are at the top of our list. We want to recruit team members who are the best in the field and understand and value the CrowdStrike mission. We have a saying that we don’t have a mission statement, we are on a mission. This is true for each and every one of our team members. There is a deep sense of commitment across the organization that we are stopping the bad guys and helping customers stay protected.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

A great resume and cover letter highlighting experience and why they want to be a part of CrowdStrike --whether it’s for a current opening, or the employee submits to our general application because they just have interest in CrowdStrike. 

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We generally like candidates with domain expertise. Especially those that have come from smaller, fast paced environments in a high growth company. We are hiring across all departments, from individual contributor through leadership roles.
